6" Grubs on the Delta?

Post by Morgan »

:?: Does anybody use Yamamotos 6" Grub on the Delta? I've tried both the black with blue tail (520) and the watermelon with black and red (208) with out any luck. I have only texas rigged it weightless and not stuck with it for much time. Should I give it up or does it need weight?

Thanks, planning 5 days of fishing there and wondering what to bring. I weeded out what I thought I should bring, and then weighed just the plastics - 21 pounds! No wonder my boat is so slow.....HAR

Six inch grubs...

I use the six inch grub for flipping the Delta all the time, rig it up with a 3/16 oz. weigh texas style. and you should start hooking up, I might add I use a different color. here's a big hint june bug in color that works very well... have fun, Steve
