Its a DWR automated thingy.
The number is (530) 534-2307.

Good luck up there,

Don't know of a phone #, but on the Lake Info page, there is a link to DWR with daily lake level info. I like to use it before heading to a lake to check out the level over the past couple weeks to see if there are any rapid increases or drops that may affect the fish.

For Capell Cove Ramp closer - A sign at the launch ramp says call (707) 966-2111. The catch is you have to call it during normal business hours. I do not know of an automated one.
