BassMaster Classic Contest
BassMaster Classic Contest
Ok Folks -
I just came up with this. I will post this in the Southwest forum as well, but ALL RESPONSES NEED TO BE POSTED IN THE Northwest Forum. This is the only forum I will accept "OFFICIAL" responses from.
On to the fun.
This is a pick your winner contest for the BassMaster Classic. Yes, I got the idea from the SouthWest forum but oh well, stolen ideas are better than none at all.
Here's how it works. You reply to this thread and list your winner along with their weight. For example:
Aaron Martens - 99.02 lbs.
****ADDED 7/18/05 - EDITED POSTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, DELETE YOUR POST AND RE-ENTER IT****
If there are multiple posts with the same winner, the one closest to the winning weight (higher or lower) will get the prize.
What is the prize you ask? Well, I don't have a definite answer right now. I can tell you that it will be a tackle and merchandise package worth a minimum of $50.00.
With all that being said, employees of Westernbass.com (Me, Tony and Nico) as well as staff and moderators (Cooch and Mike M) are not eligible.
Other than that, let the games begin. If we get more than 100 "LEGITIMATE" entries, I will also throw in a vintage Shimano BrushBuster flippin reel.
Have fun and go catch something!!

Mike-n- Ike Dominates....21.22....But
Skeeter-bug kicks his tail in the Dancethon.....Davey Hite takes a distant 3rd.. I'll be pulling for all the western boys Skeet, greg g., mike, mark, .........its time the west steps up to the plate, and bring back the trophy,......... this type of tourney wil be as much about bringing the mental game as it is in finding "a" fish. I know skeet and Greg are as mentally tough as they come.......Good Luck Guys!
Shame on you Jimmy

Aaron Martens 28.83 lbs.
West Coast tactics will be key in this "dead sea" of a fishery. Tough bites for all ... light line and drop-shottin' will do the trick.
