Thats an easy question . ie ..I do something for you -you do something for me....you use your influence ,I influence with my political position . But Im pretty sure both sides have some back scratching to re-pay . Just pay attention to who and what power the they may have at this moment ,and figure out how much they will have after the "Massage-$$" takes place . I havent ever heard of a couple of them , but the ones that I recognize are enough ,lol
