Saw one of them today for the first time...

Not at all Bobby! When that bait falls, it provides a long slender profile unlike any other jig. Then as it sits on the bottom, that round rubber really expands creating a larger profie and really creates a lot more movement while on the bottom. All three factors here with the longer skirt, tend to draw strikes from larger fish.

Not really, what that bigger trailer does, is also provide for a much larger profile bait, hence these bass are hitting this bigger jig with much more aggression due to it's shear size. When they strike this bait, they are committing to eat it RIGHT NOW! They can't just noncholantly suck it in and seem to always strike it with a vengance.

You would have to call the hook line and sinker, they will mail them to you. Mel's doesn't have the Bombs, just the regular wadda.
