Oscar DeLa Hoya vs Manny Pacquiao

Post by Marty »

With Manny knocking out David Diaz this last June does he have it for Oscar. Manny is smaller, younger, and has the speed but he had to lose weight for this match. DeLa Hoya has the power, a wicket jab, and mean hook plus he is bigger.

This is a hard one to pick – a young gun against older pro!

PAcquiao is an offensive fighter that tends to get hit and cut up alot. Oscar still has deceptive power. Here's how I see the fight: If it goes past 7 rounds Pacquiao will TKO oscar in the 8 or 9th round. Pacquiao has ridiculous speed and a suicidal approach always moving forward. Oscar may open a cut that may stop the fight or KO pacquiuao early. My pick is a bloody Pacquiao to win TKO in the 9th. Even if oscar loses he earns some street cred by going toe to toe w/ Pacquiao

Did some hard thinking on this one – it will go the length and it will be a decision going to Oscar.

Did I pick Oscar, I must have been thinking 10 years ago! I think he was looking for a check.

Good call buddy brown – remind me not to bet you!

I watched the fight and was amazed at the pounding Oscar took. I can't remember seeing him beat down that bad. He made 22 million for that effort anyways. Hatton vs. Pacman is next maybe mayweather jr? All I got to say is Pacman is primed out right now.

Marty next time lets bet a huddleston

Huddleston, I don’t remember reading about a fighter with that name – just kidding!

But that would be a fight Huddleston against the Lunker Punker
