My MotorGuide Tour 109 decided to run on it's own Friday. At 4:30 p.m. I called Jay and told him of my problem. I brought the motor to him and he said go sign up for the tounament (100% TOC) and I'll fix it, and if not I'll give you a loaner. That is SERVICE! Thanks !
All the stress of not having a trolling motor was gone. Jay fixed it and it worked well both days. He handled all the warranty stuff himself. When up North, we've got a real quality man looking out for the bass fishermen. Thanks again Jay.
