Triton Owners Tournament at Clear Lake October 10-11

The Triton Owners Tournament makes it's annual return to Northern California at Clear Lake October 10-11, 2009. This fun event has a $200 entry fee and one lucky team will win a fully rigged Triton Boat.

The event is scheduled to take place out of Konocti Vista Casino and we are keeping an eye on the water and if a launch change is necessary you will be notified but the tournament will happen.

You can find more information and a registration form at www.tritonboats.com, pick up a flyer at any of the participating Triton dealers like Delta Marine Sales in Stockton, Gone Fishin Marine in Dixon or Nixon's Marine in Walla Walla, WA.

Yep they will be using Cranes to drop luanch you in off of hiway 20 just past the water plant in Clear Lake Oaks!!

Our water systems are so messed up!!! Guess I should be gald I have been boatless all Summer!!! Come Ranger drop my rig off at Capitol City Marine

cmon guys the event isn't going to move and if the water is too low in the casino there should not be a problem with launching in Lakeport. Mark maybe you can talk someone into letting you ride with them at the owners tournament.

Kent, Looking forward to Oct. 10-11 at Clear Lake. Last year we got out on that ramp at Bridge Bay with minimal problems due to the GREAT efforts from the Triton Staff. I am SURE staff will make everything easy again and this will be another great tournament. Kan and I hope we are standing on the right locker.We wouldn't miss the fun. See ya there.

K.B, is this event launching at the casino or the resort at the south end of the lake? The Triton website says that the Konocti hotel has over 100 boat slips available. It doesn't look like 100 slips at the casino. Thanks.

Is there any chance of this being moved to Konocti Resort?

No there isn't a chance guys these events are planned for the entire year, rooms, meeting rooms, dinners, weigh in facilities etc. You can't move events after you have printed and mailed thousands of flyers to owners, had people make reservations and everything else that goes on.

It isn't like changing camp sites guys! We tried to work with Konocti and it wasn't in the budget for them to host the event.

I had to sell my Triton this year because of the baby. If I still had it I would be all over this. These guys put on a great show! Free gifts, food ect. Its just a lot of good fun! Shhot I even got a limo ride last year with KB. Dont sit on the fence guys get in on this one!

The ramp at the Casino is still useable . They took out the piling that everyone used to hit on the right going out.The water is still 2-4 ft deep in there.We will see in Oct. but If it gets that low the ramp at Konocti Resort will be down to the drop off!

Great event every year and I wouldn't miss it.

I'm not a big fan of Konocti Harbor and prefer the Konocti Vista Casino's marina so I'm glad it won't change. Also glad it's off lmits for the FLW group so us regular old Triton owners won't get pimp smacked around by the sandbagging pros. Not that is was wrong, but it's a little disheartening to look across the marina at see Seig Taylor, Russ Meyers, Greg Gutierrez, etc... I suppose I could man-up and see it as a challenge but whose kidding who - they beat me like a rented mule .
