R7 stands for region 7 of the California Bass Federation. They fish the local lakes here in L. A. castaic, piru, pyramid. Look up California federatoin, on the Internet. Good luck 2010 dan, You will be fishing against me, are you shakeing yet Ha ha ha ha. Jross.

Glad you got the boat out of Casitas and are going to the front of the boat. You will do well.
