Thanks to Minnkotaman!

Post by tunaman »

I'd like to give a hearty "thanks" to Jim for taking care of my trolling motor yesterday. Several months back, my motor developed a dead spot, and I figured it was a bad spot on the armature. Jim confirmed the diagnosis via PM.

I ran my spare (longer shaft) for the last few months, but it isn't the best option for the shallow waters of the Delta, so I contacted Jim to see about getting it replaced.

Jim worked with Minnkota to obtain the replacement armature, and was able to ascertain that it was covered under warranty. I took the motor to him yesterday and he promptly swapped the armature and had me back on my way.

Extremely personable, professional and proficient - THANKS JIM!
