Welcome to Western Bass.

Here are three locations you can get to on foot. Location 3 will be the hardest.

Actually, #2 on the map is Orwood Resort (the facility).

The land area just southwest of #3 is commonly referred to as Orwood (as in Orwood Tract).

So, at the end of the day, they are both Orwood!!!

SY,

BTW - those places are actually considered the South Delta; you asked for fishing the north.

Here are a few places to try in the north:
1 - B&W marina area & along Brannon Island Rd.
2 - just north of B&W along Tyler Island Rd
3 - Islemouth Slough @ intersection of Potato & Mokelumne
4 - KOA campground & Tower Park Harbor on Potato Rd

Have fun frog fishin......

Speaking of those areas, how's the fishing by Brannan Island State Park? More specifically, the tract along W Twitchell Island Road? Looks like a good area for me and my tube but I wanted to see if anyone has done well there recently.

Thanks in advance!
