Where is - on Tide Charts

I was planning a trip to the Delta, and was looking up the tides when I'll be there. http://www.saltwatertides.com/cgi-local/california.cgi.

A couple of the places it refers to, I can't find. Maybe someone out there can help?
It refers to Irish Landing near Sandmound Slough?
I also refers to the Borden Highway (bridge on Old River and the bridge on middle river)?
