6.5 inch Rising Son both bottom hook and tophook. Tophook for deep water, bottom hook for shallow or when fish want something just under the surface. They are very affordable when compared to others in this class, dont tear because of the sliding hook design, and are very snag resistant once you figure out the technique. Colors depend on whether Im fishing night or day. Cant beat white for day, and baitfish, halloween, or any of the black color combos work well at night.

I fish swimbaits allot here at Clear Lake all season long.

For the smaller ones I use the Hippo Tackle 5" Swimbait in the Hitch or Shad color.

For the medium size I go with the 6" Top Hook Osprey in Light Hitch color and the 7" Hippo in Holographic Shad.

For the large size, I use the 9" Osprey in Light Hitch and Dark Hitch.

And Dont forget the Little Creeper Trash Fish, I like the Chart Shad color.

That 5" Hippo has won me a some nice checks, It works great in the weeds and is a great bait for the post spawn.

Have fun !

By far the best seller is a 6"osprey top hook talon in Light hitch. The 4-9" ospreys will all catch fish.
Dont forget the Baitsmith They catch fish all year.
