marsh creek

A few weeks ago i was walking along marsh creek (between laurel rd and delta rd in okaley) and there was a few guys fishing. when i asked what for they said black bass. So I was wondering has anyone fished and caught anything out of marsh creek?

I have fished it a few times. Mostly small fish but sometimes you will catch a quality fish. Some bigger fish move in during the spring and that is your best chance to catch a good one. But other than the spring its not really worth fishing when the delta is right there.
