Windy/Stormy Delta Bite is still on!!!

I've been bass fishing since I was 15 years old, caught four bass in the 9 lb. class in my career, but today I finally broke the duoble-digit. This nice 10.5 lb. smacked my custom jig (Brown/Orange flake skirt and a Berkley Power Craw Trailer Punkinseed-Chartruese) in about 6 feet of water. Thank you once again to my friend and fishing buddy who was willing to come out into the rain to witness my catch since I did not have my own camera or scale with me. The big bass was released unharmed and showed she still had alot fight in her splashing water at me as she swam off.

Congrats....Gotta love it when the big girls thump the Jig!

Congrats! I was out banking it around Ladd on Saturday and only manage 1 dink.. went to white slough and caught 2 3lbers.. went back yesterday hoping for the big bite and caught only a dink.. no dime for me this year yet
