CBC - Delta Qualifier this Friday

Delta Fishing is picking up just in time for this Friday's California Bass Championship Qualifier at the Delta.

Will be launching from Russo's at Safe light on Friday morning.

1 in 4 qualify for the no-entry fee Regional (at Berryessa) - with top 25% of Regional finishers qualifying for the no-entry fee Championship!

Remember this year we have a $25 option which pays back the day of the event!

Plus additional prizes for those just missing the cut from Rago Baits!

Berryessa?? What happen to Pardee???

Changed that a while back Mike... Got dozens of people emailing us saying Pardee was the reason they didn't sign up. So we changed the regionals to a little closer area for the qualifiers.

Your kidding right? Because some guys called and wated it changed? What about all of the guys that didnt call and dont want it changed?? It blows me away the amount of changed TD are doing now mid year. When you set a schedule you need to stick to it. People plan on it.

Mike Planned on it? You planned on it? You aren't signed up and haven't been. Very few people were when we made the changes! That is why we had to make changes to save the CBC. I am sorry if you don't like it, but unfortunately, the numbers were low and we had to make adjustments for the sake of the event surviving. Change sucks - more for us than for you I promise... but, sometimes change is necessary. At this point, we'll have year #3 -- had we not made the changes year #3 was not going to happen.

What would you suggest trails to do that aren't getting sign ups? Stick to it and go down in flames? TD's are making changes to try and better their events for the anglers.

No worries Mike. Sorry you can't make it but, I still stand behind our decision. I can't make decisions based on the hope people are going to sign up last minute. We had to make adjustments and we did.
