Getting the new boat tomorrow!!!

Post by Levy »

After 5 very good years it is time to move on from the tracker 175 60HP Merc. I learned how to bass fish in her and she was very profitable over the last 4 years of tourny fishin (6 tourny wins, 1 AOY, 1 TOC win and lots of checks.)

Say hello to the new member of the family. She is a Champion 198 CX with a 225 ProXs Merc. I am so pumped I can't stand it. Is it tomorrow yet???

Congrats, that's awesome! In my opinion, Champion is the best riding boat ever made. Hope you enjoy your new rig!

That's going to be a sweet ride. Lately I just got repromoted back to my old maintenance position and working nights. I hope this will help me to buy my new boat as well eventaully. Once again, I would miss using my custom Valco "BASSBUSTER1" when that day finally comes. I'm looking to buy a 17 ft. Tracker TXW model in blue trim to match my suv. :-)

198 Champs are the KIND. My Skeeter treats me right other than a 20 fx Skeeter with a yama sho which I don't have, the 198 champ is what I want to run. Congrats
the best way to catch a big one is don't lose um sharp hooks set drag retie!

Your gonna love that boat buddy. Many memories to come in that rig. And on those shitty windy ruff days that boat will really shine! While other guys are getting soaked and beat to death your high and dry.....

I am digging on the chines on that boat. No chine walking in the corners on that boat.
Champion has always been the best rough water boat ever made. I fished out of one for two years
with Steve K. My 461 will turn about as good.

Enjoy the ride.
