Anyone no someone that works on electrical?

Having electrical proplems,bilge, horn,aerator lights etc on the console dont work.Did a few weeks ag.Thanks.

could be a bad ground. Check all the wires under the console and see if something came loose.

ok will do,alsoi hear corrosion may be the problem since its an older boat.

If everything that is on your dash power switch is not working it is definitely the power supplied from the battery to your breaker panel or a fuse link on the red wiring leading to the power panel. I would first check all the wires connected to your starting battery and make sure that they are all connected and clean then tighten down good. If you have recently disconnected wires off the starting battery that is probably the culprit. Our bassboats do a lot of bouncing and have a lot of vibration and if your connections are not tight or your wire connectors are not properly attached to the terminal ends you can easily lose power. If your panel power switch has a light on it when you turn it on that will tell you right away if you have power going to it or not.

If you don't get it figured out I'm in fairfield if u wanna bring it down here ill look at it for free. I've got an old champion that I've re-done just about all the electrical on so should be able to figure it out.

Lyle Gossett In WoodLand right off the I-5 North take Exit RD 102 "Lyles Boat Repair" Lyle does EXCELLENT WORK! He just rigged my boat New everything 70lb Trollingmotor,3 Batteries,onboard charger, 2 HummingBird fish Finders, Trim Motor, Bilge pump,Arieator, (REPLUMED EVERYTHING) compression check and Major tune up on the outboard, Replaced Trim motor , Installed SS prop!!! Switched sides and hooked up controls, And he did all this in 1 DAY 8 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy is a Genious when it comes to boats :) And the Price, WAY TO LOW TO ADVERTIZE LMAO
