I have an LCG4000 connected to an LCX113. At speeds over 5mph, the gps and mapping work like a charm. When I drop below 5mph and especially at trolling speeds, the position arrow will flicker to the left or right about every two or three position updates or changes. Anyone know what this is or what causes this?
Thanks,
Al

Re: Position flicker
The LCX 113c HD was originally designed to be paired with an LGC 3000 so when you connect a 4K to it at slower speeds the processor in the 113 has a little trouble keeping up with the speed of the new antenna. Benefits still outweigh the jittery icon at slow speeds I think.

Re: Position flicker
Thanks for the info Ken. For a minute there, I thought I was getting interference from another electronic appliance.

Re: Position flicker
If you have not done so already, use the menu to go into the GPS settings and change the factory default from Auto to "Time" and then change the frequency block to "1 Second".
