How Long Does it take to get a Rod Replaced

I was just thinking that I took a rod n reel down to shimano to have fixed and replaced about 2.5 months ago and still no rod

It depends on availability. As of right now we have several rods on backorder because new models are being released this week at ICAST. Once the new models are in stock we will ship the replacements.
