Vic Allen and Phil Haines Win AOY title

Congratulations to Vic Allen and Phil Haines the 2011 Top Stick Tour Anglers of the Year. These guys did not let up once they had the lead in a very close race. They took it to the finish line. They will be presented a very nice tackle package at the TOC thanks to our sponsors.
