Handcarved Wake bait

right around 7 inches in length. Gonna get a baby bass paint job

Action is real nice on a slow to moderate wake and it can be cranked down about 6 inches or so. It also walks nice when you jerk the rod. Only negative right now is it rolls on it's side on a fast retrieve.

So I stole components that I liked from three other baits. Joint is similar to a slammer. Profile is similar to a monster jack and tail is similar to a wake jr. I weighted it to sit steady but with the weights as far back as possible for good casting. I would consider it very noisy but not as loud as a wake jr but louder than a slammer

It cast really well and I'm getting good distance

Paint was my first attempt at a bass pattern and done with rattle cans
