At the bottom of the video it reads, "This week we're out with Paycheck Bait's Bub Tosh and TW's Jared Lintner on a small lake in the Central Valley. Bub doubles up on his Donkey Thrasher and Jared shows us some gear for throwing A-Rigs aka Umbrella Rigs".
While watching the video they have 4 hook rigged swimbaits on the Donkey Thrasher that they are fishing. In California aren't we only allowed to have 3 rigged lures on an umbrella rig?

Some background info - The "small lake" was private water on private land. When contacted DFG said there wasn't specifics on the regulation for private water.
The rig shown is to be sold in locations other than CA, so they weren't necessarily focusing on CA regs.

If I were them I would post that under the video since as it stands right now it doesn't shed a very good light on to well respected pros.

with the way it rotates, you would never know what position a 4th "dummy" bait would be in. Doesn't seem to practical for CA.

FG laws also apply to private property.

They all rotate. If the dummy bait is unweighted, it will always be at the top.slkric wrote:with the way it rotates, you would never know what position a 4th "dummy" bait would be in. Doesn't seem to practical for CA.
