Thanks Fellas. Finally getting it dialed in and quite happy with the performance going thru rough water, hole shot, top end, etc. The best way i can describe the hull and ride is that it feels like a cross between a Skeeter and Champion. (Speed, responsiveness, and rough water ride). Now paired with a 225 Mercury Pro XS it makes it the bomb-diggity. In just 2.5 months, i have been to Yuma, AZ, Castaic 2x, Delta, Mead, Irvine 3x, Elsinore 2x. My baby is definitely broken in and all "growed-up".

I am very picky with my boat and so far I can't really find anything to really make me 2nd guess my purchase. Granted, things happen to anything mechanical, that’s why i got an extended warranty. The bote is well thought-out and rigged right coming straight from the factory. They don’t under power the boat or put on lower cost items just to keep the price point down. Plus there are no plastic inserts in the bow or console. The gauges, switches, and electronics mount directly into strong fiberglass. No stripped screws, faded or cracked plastic. Its rigged right from the get-go. Legends are some of the purdy-est boats out there.

I'll post some detailed pics of some of the standard features and options in another post. For now, here are some beauty pics

what really impresses me the most from what I have seen with legend this year is how the customer service is... Getting updates along the way on how they build your boat for you... Thats pretty cool if you ask me...

Great looking Rig!!! Makes me think serious about my next purchase...

Brian,
Tell Yoz the reason the post at the walk up steps has a round ball on top isn't what he thought.
It's so you won't get hurt if you accidentally fall against it.

Cool boat Brian...enjoy in good health. Mark, I know what the pole is for. I think it is because Brian really likes to pole dance. He can't get one in his house so he figured he might as well get it on his boat. The ball at the top is to help him hold on with a rope and safety harness. I am pretty sure that is what it is for... :).

Scott's correct. And, the best part is that it meets OSHA requirements. 8)

Yuuppppp. I went out with Terry Greenwaldt on his demo rig. The weather was pretty calm that day so I had to look for chop to get a feel for the hull and ride. Did a few high speed runs with turns and felt very safe and comfortable behind the console. I did look at a few other boats (Phoenix, Statos-chamption) but for my $$ this was the best one for my needs (looks, fishability, quality, etc.) and budget.

OSHA? You worried about safety!? :). Why? BTW, what are the requirements? :).

Wait, maybe OSHA stands for....Oh Sh*T Happened Again... in that case...well...he really needs their full support!

I got a brand new boat
And I like to drive real hard
I got a brand new boat
And I'm feeling good so far

Take her on the lake for a little spin
I want to see the kind of shape she's in
And I got a brand Legend
Jack her up baby, go on, open it up
I want to check if her oil smells good
Mmmm...smells like caviar

Give her some throttle
Push her too far
Right to the brink

Hear the motor running
Yeah, she's right in sink
Tell me if she's thirsty
Would she like a drink
And I'm stopping at this bar

She my new partner
You can hear her purr
Touch her on the seat
Go on, feel smooth she is
And I got a brand new boat

Feel the juice
Foot to the floor
Take some abuse
I got a brand new boat
And I drive her real hard
And I got a brand new boat
I think I'll stop and fish
