Hey Bryan you can call this number 270-252-1600(office) or 270-252-1000(main) and ask where you stand on the CO's waiting list. Boaters will probably be signing up until the last minute like Lake Havasu and all the other past tourneys. Yes you will be sent confirmation at some point but I know it helps to know at least where you stand.

I was #14 Monday morning, then got confirmation yesterday afternoon. Pros are signing up quick.
