Every time I see a 14 (yours near 15!), which isn't often, I can still hardly believe that I was able to catch one like that many years ago. Mine was only 14 lbs 2 oz. It is just amazing to be able to see a bass that big - congrats!!! Are you going to mention what type of bait you used? Details aren't necessary.

What a toad. Congrats Johnny on a fish of a lifetime. You know you owe your net man Alex a steak dinner.

Nice TOAD Johnny, Melones looks like even though the water drought this year, it isn't effecting the health and quality of the fish... another diamond in the rough. Good looking fish!!! Someone once told me that there wasn't any gold left in them hills... looks like they weren't looking for the right color. Johnny you gotta give us some details like, how she fought?, and what time of day? those kind of things. Those of us that kinda know ya know what baits you use and how ya use them, ha ha, all kidding aside great job on your PB I'm sure you'll be posting again soon.
Thanks for the pic and keep them coming,
Steve.
