WWBS Results Havasu 9-19-15

The first Havasu Region event of the Weekend Warrior Bass Series presented by Anderson Toyota saw 41 teams head out onto Lake Havasu this morning. With temperatures in the mid 70's at take off and a light breeze it was shaping up to be a great day on the water.

Taking the win with 17.59lbs was Ross Baker. Ross reported covering a lot of water fishing reaction baits to land his catch. Ross took home $1,630 for first place.

Taking second place was the always consistent team of Jeff Woods and Dennis Phelps. Jeff and Dennis brought in a limit weighing 15.98lbs earning them $1,200. Jeff and Dennis were also the highest finishing team with the Anderson Toyota/Weekend Warrior Bass Series contingency sticker earning them an additional $50.

Mark Williams and Matt Williams rounded out the top 3 with a limit weighing 15.76lbs earning them $800.

Our next event for the Havasu Region is November 21, 2015. There will be NO EVENT on October 10 as originally scheduled. Early registration will take place at Anderson Toyota on Friday November 20 from 4:30 to 6:00PM.
