Hey folks, I wanting to put a bow mount fishfinder/chartplotter w/ transducer on my boat(trolling motor). I currently have the Lowrance Elite 7ti on the console. I would say the number one thing to consider is your budget. Find the compatible unit that will satisfy your needs that fits in your budget. The one piece of advice I would give is to save up your money if you can't get the best match for your system at this time. Don't settle for a smaller or lesser unit just because it is what you can afford at this time. Do without for a couple months and add to your budget so you can get what you will be the most happy with for the longest time.
