Folsom Lake

With all the rain you would think all the lakes are full. Wrong. Folsom Lake goes on a 5mph after only 2 more feet down.

Wow. Sockingly low. Is this a purposful draw down? Are they just keeping open capacity for runoff -- or is it an issue of lack of water?

I'm sure it's because of the spring runoff. I heard of spots in the sierras with 53' of snowpack.
