still unchanged?
I looked at the OES site and could find nothing up to date.
The most current is the post by acooch and that was 10 days ago

As far as I know, they are still in effect.

The restrictions In The central and south delta are still in effect!

Well I kept it simple and erroed on the side of caution.
The morning launch at Sugar was high tide, so I fished for 3 hours in Franks then figured it was safe to run around,
