Florence Alabama Anglers, Help needed for High School National Championship. Deer Valley High School Team from Antioch CA need a boat for use at the High School National Championship. In an area where good news surrounding young people the community and school district is so excited for this young team. In a example of how much the school is behind these kids, the graduating class had some money left over from there fund raising and donated it to the team so they can fly back, all they need now is a boat or donations. What are the boat requirements and what is required of the boat owner.

What dates would the Boat owner be involved ?

I'm no expert on this sort of thing but wouldn't it behoove the boat owner to check with his boat insurance provider to discuss liability issues if something were to happen?
