Ultera deployment

Has anyone had your Ultera stop while deploying back. Mine stalled, the flap bent up, then stpped. It eventually went up.
What do I do if it won't go back.

Read your manual, there is a section on how to release the motor shaft so you can raise and tilt it back. You will have to tie the motor back from falling forward.
