Lake Tahoe Fishin'

Not a bass topic; but I'm heading too Lake Tahoe in a week.
I have guided flyfishig trip booked which should be cool.
Anyone have experience there? Should I bring a light bass rod and poke around the lake or local rivers? Any advise / guidance will be much appreciated!

Go in the keys and fish like you would in the delta!

There have been bass to 7 lbs caught in the keys. I have heard that officials at Tahoe were trying to rid the keys of "warmwater" species. I'm not sure of the current conditions - maybe someone else knows.
