Why don't they make travel face covers for these units, like the HDs ? I have Hook 9, last years model and I'm happy with it, but I'd like to take care of my investments. I'm in the market in purchasing a unit for the drivers console, but again I think Lowrance would want to offer something to protect the screens. Maybe a member of lowrance could enlighten me on why the don't or maybe they do but I don't know of it. Trailing too and from the lake concerns me. Any info would be welcomed, Thanks Steve.

Edd, I must have missed that, Thank you for the prompt answer back. The more I read about the Hook 2, the more I'm leaning towards purchasing two and replacing the last years model up front, I love the side imaging :D Again thankyou for the info on the cover.
