I would imagine the capell cove launch at berryessa is open but just checking. Anyone know?

Are you asking in regard to water levels? Yes, it's been open all year. I used it about a month ago. Of course there are always issues with the roads leading to the lakes though when these rains happen, potentially causing mud slides. Not sure where you would go to get an update on road accessibility.
