If you are one of those anglers that always wishes they had just a little more time at the end of the day to take advantage of the "evening" bite during a tournament, then this event is for you.
It's a 2-day summertime shootout event that we've dubbed the "Best of both Bites" in that the weigh-in on day one doesn't start until 7pm - so you have a chance to catch the evening bite, and blast-off on day two is at 5:30am - so you get some of the early morning bite!
Also on Saturday (day one), from 8-11am, we will host a delicious & FREE breakfast-bunch, serving bacon, sausages, hash brown potatoes, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and pastries, all courtesy of Elk Grove Ram/Lasher Auto Group.
In addition, some of the delta's top pros will be on hand (from 9-11am) to give those who need it, some personal one-on-one instruction on how to productively fish the delta.
Limited memberships of just $10 are available for those just fishing this event or simply want to tryout FPT events, and you can register ANYTIME by visiting the FPT website (anglerspress.com) or by calling the Angler's Press offices.
Last year's shootout saw about 140 teams, so you can expect a big field, a lot of fun, and and a HUGE payout!
