For the life of me I can’t understand why some guys bounce these fish onto a hot carpet! Most of these guys have been around long enough to know better. Unbelievable !

Yeah just saw a video about that! Gonna try and catch them on their way in going forward.

You can also just wet a part of the carpet to use for a landing area, or use you fish-friendly net.

I just got a Frabrill in November when the salmon were running through here and the handle already broke!

I don't net my fish anymore. I am just not that nimble anymore.
I just use the net, lying on the carpet in front of the driver's console, as a fish-friendly landing area.
You could probably do the same with your broken net.
