I store mine individually in a box sitting up. I've seen a lot of people hang them by the tails to stay straight.

I use plastic tall ( Lock 'n Lock) food storage containers with swivel clips attached to the lid. The container needs to be taller then the Huddleston length by about 1 1/2"-2" to allow for the swivel clip length and hang straight down. Take off the lid and pull out the Hudds attached to lid.
