Well, the plan for it to stretch from SF to LA is dead. He's going to complete what's already going between Bakersfield and Madera. I suggest they now make that portion a roller coaster! I'm glad this monstrosity of a boondoggle is over though. Now, return the $3+ billion in federal (taxpayer) money for the project! "New-scum" says he won't.
Fishing is not a matter of life or death.
