Boat and gear lost in fire

Post by Bsapp206 »

My good buddy and next door neighbor Carl Keller lost his boat and almost every bit of tackle gear etc in a fire Monday nite. I came home around 1 am to fire engines in our cul de sac. Thank god he was awake and heard the explosion in his garage. No one was hurt but he lost a lifetime of gear, shimano reels, Dobyns rods and his 21ft ranger. They will have to rebuild most of his house. Carl is a Clearlake and Berryessa local tournament angler and fishes Wild West teams and Pro side as well as WNS.
We all will support him in his rebuild and help him get back on his feet.

Man, that is really sad. I hope he had insurance, but I know nothing will ever replace the things that he had.
I'm glad to hear no one was hurt.

Ugh Carl I'm so sorry! Please let us know if there's anything we can do.
Thank you God that no one was hurt.
