Capell cove

I hate to always ask this, but it's hard to find info elsewhere. Is the Capell cove launch open? I saw something on Berryessa news FB page indicating it may have opened today. Anyone layed eyes on the ramp?

They won’t open Capell until the water comes down past the over flow level. Few more inches coming this week and it’s still spilling over by a foot. Probably won’t see it open for a few more weeks.

Is it right what I heard they’re going to charge for launching at Capellini cove.

Yep its in the works right now. Just not sure when it will go into effect. I was told it will be an unmanned pay station. Sheriff and park rangers will patrol for compliance.
