Cost of mounting jack plate?

How much would it cost to mount a jack plate? I can do all the wiring myself, I just need someone to take the motor off and install the plate and put the motor back on.

Jeremy at C&C in Citrus Heights quoted me an hour to install a manual jack plate. Greg at C&C in Modesto quoted me 2-2.5 hrs.
