A FEW RULES AND THINGS TO REMEMBER FOR THIS WEEKEND'S ULTIMATE FROG CHALLENGE..
This is a FROGS ONLY competition where you can only use top water frogs that float, as they come in the package.
For instance: Snagproof's Bobby's Perfect Buzz frog comes with a buzz blade - out of the package, so it can be used. YOU CANNOT add a blade or anything else to your frog that does not come packaged that way.

ULTIMATE FROG CHALLENGE 2019 – LURE RULES
• PLEASE REMEMBER! This event is a top water FROGS ONLY event and is designed to provide fun
for the angler, and to highlight the effectiveness of the frog baits, sponsoring companies are
trying to promote. We ask that all anglers keep in the forefront of their minds the “intent” and
“spirit” of this event and adhere to the bait rules as described below:
• You can only use frog baits that FLOAT ON TOP OF THE WATER, ON THEIR OWN, WITHOUT ANY
ASSISTANCE!
• You can only use frog baits that are hollow body and soft plastic!
• No floating fish, ducks, rats, snakes, lizards or anything else – FROGS ONLY!
• No weights, rattles, leaders or any other modifications are allowed, with the exception of
painting dots on the belly or trimming the legs. Trailer hooks are allowed.
• Sub-surface baits such as the “Horny Toad” and Yama Frog are not allowed.
• No Umbrella rigs!
It IS NOT NECESSARY to empty your boat of all other bait products before you launch.
We feel that if a person has a mind to cheat they will find a way to do so regardless of how many times their boat is inspected. It is our hope however, that if anyone finds ANY competitor engaged in cheating or conducting themselves in an unsportsmanlike manner, that it be reported IMMEDIATELY to the tournament director - with valid evidence of the infraction.
In other words, let's care enough about the sport we love, to police ourselves.
