Navionics or GPSnautical charts
For those of you who have used these, does one seem more accurate than the next? They have some wildly different depths. Thanks

I have not used GPSnautical charts but both standard data or "government charts" are probably the same as the map companies get the standard data from what is available publicly.
The difference with Navionics is that they add to what is available with more data generated from surveys and user data to make the maps better. A good example is a lake I fish often that had no data whatsoever and myself and few others mapped the lake entirely. If there is already some data available, Navionics takes the new data and makes it even better.
Here is a shot of a lake that had nothing before we mapped it.
