Delta Reports?

Hey folks I haven't seen a Delta report in a month of Sundays. Has anyone been out there? I looked at Delta water temps online and most places it's about 53 degrees.

i was out saturday and sunday didnt get anything. i know hook line and sinker had a tournment sunday havent seen results yet

Bite has been decent this week, caught a few on blades and chatter, but most of the quality bites came on soft plastics and jigs fished slow. look for deeper water, wood and current breaks.

I went out there today for the first time this year. I managed 2 fish today on a drop shot. It stunk.

I fished the delta twice this week. First I went to franks and fished in/around there all day. It was a grind. We managed 4 fish, 2 on a craw colored lipless (LV 500) and 2 on a Senko. The second trip we went to the north delta and chased some smallies/spots and did a lot better. I couldn’t get them to chase anything consistently a random fish here and there on a spinnerbait. The bulk of the fish came on drop shotting the wood/rock wall. I’m thinking any day it’s going to bust wide open and I’m counting the days till I can put the spinning rod down lol

The bite has definitely picked up lately. Our last few trips have produced more bites and we’re seeing some good ones. temp is low to mid 50s with relatively clear color throughout most of the central delta. I’m usually flipping jigs looking for bigguns whenever I find dirtier water but there’s plenty of reaction fish to be had now too. Here’s a few pics from this morning
