What really irritates me is going fishing all by oneself, not getting within 600 feet of anyone else (let alone six feet) and still getting lumped in with the idiots partying on the beach. Go after the idiots, and leave us alone--we aren't harming a thing!

Launched at Markley today. Store was closed but launching open. Envelopes with instructions and have to use cash in a drop box. Take cash so you don’t have to go back to berryessa sporting goods atm.

No. But I did see a sheriff boat in Markley early with his lights running. Thought they might have come out to tell people to leave. Just heard today that a vehicle landed In the water from the highway. A boat got there right after it sank in 60’ of water.

I fished the Delta today...alone.
I didn't get within 15' of another person.
I didn't use the public bathroom.
I didn't touch anything, except with my shoes as I climbed the stairs at Russo's.
I was careful.
I don't have a death wish, and I don't want anyone else to die.
I am 73, and my youngest daughter and I are sheltering at home, and being careful there, too.
It can be done, but you have to be alert, and pay attention.
This virus is not a joke.

Mark, you really nailed it with your response! There is a lot of common sense in what you say but we know there are more than a few out there without that attribute. I turn 80 this year so do not have a lot of time left trying to catch my double digit bass, but as long as we can launch at Markley Cove Friday, my buddy and I will be there Friday morning. My buddy has to go because my wife does not want me to fish alone.
Fish bite twice a day - half hour before I get there and half hour after I leave.
