California delta shutdown PREDICTIONS?

With all the fishing great weather and water skiing ala ski beach right around the corner when what are your predictions on when the california delta water ways will shut down ?

I was watching tv and there was a short news clip during the commercial break. Said something about a new order from the governor that if its not essential then you can't do it. They did say walking outside was okay. I saw yesterday where a surfer received a $1,000 ticket for surfing when the beach was closed.
The delta hasn't been kind to me the last couple trips but i'm going to keep going till they barricade the ramps.
