Access to Oroville

Wanted to head up to Lake oroville at safe light Monday. What boat ramps are open and what time do they let boat in?

I know for sure that Bidwell and the Spillway ramps are open. Spillway is at perfect level with a very short walk to and from the parking lot and lots of room. Bidwell is way down the ramp with limited parking on the side, then the main parking lot up above. Fishing has been great. Lots of bites and an occasional good one.
