Lowrance channel 1 and 2

I have a 9” carbon on console 9”live on bow I have a live sight transducer on trolling motor
and HDI on trolling motor if I put channel 2 on HDI and then switch to channel 1 it shows both channels as live sight and live sight is grey on both and can’t change channel 2 talked to expert from Lowrance US A he said disconnect channel 1 transducer then connect to HDI works until you hook back up live sight transducer then both live sight HELP wait on phone for or 60 minutes for expert thanks Ray

Did you try turning OFF Network Sonar on both units?
