Evinrude 150...CHEEEEAP! $500 bucks

Hey guys, Any reasonable offer is welcome....Parts? Entire Motor?
I have a 1998 Evinrude 150 that has a newer computer and has been maintained really well. It now has a bad hole...#3 cylinder has very little compression. The motor still starts and runs rough, but obviously has less power.

How about $500 for everything? Motor, Prop, Controls, etc....(I'm told it could be parted-out for 5-times that, or, of course rebuild it to have a complete 150...cheap)
